Itachi Uchiha is a fictional character in the Naruto manga and anime series created by Masashi Kishimoto. Killed his entire clan single-handedly, Tortured Kakashi for 7 days via his gengustsu, trapped Naruto in a gengustsu by just pointing his finger, despite his terminal disease-ridden body and partial blindness, he fought a completely healthy and strong sasuke and made him shake his legs out of fear. His accomplishments are astonishing and his calm way of dealing with issues especially threaning one just makes you wanna love him more. My favourite Naruto character

His design was the best of all the Dragon Ball enemies. Toriyama said that the would have become the strongest of DBZ (with the exception of Vegito) if he regenerated his body more times.
He wasn't not only powerful, he was evil, killing thousands or maybe millions of people for his own.
Almost destroyed the earth, almost the Solar System, but the best he did, was kill Goku.
He was created to always have a need for power no matter how strong he got. Nobody can kill him without destroying every cell in his body. At that time vegeta could destroy the planet without breaking a sweat but cell was even stronger than that.

Hey, FYI... Sasuke, Nagato, Light, Itachi, and Hollow Ichigo aren't techinally villains... So... Yeah. Just saying. If you really want a cool VILLAIN, then Aizen is the way to go.
He is hell of a villain. Whenever he pops out he is the strongest among everyone with a unique style.

Hisoka is my favourite anime villain ever, Hisoka's personality is complex and cruel, and his skill and personality are very intriguing. And he's way better than Light Yagami or Frieza.
Hisoka is a creep, getting orgasms over little kids, getting into terrifying situations just to fight strong guys and has absolutely no fear for anyone!

Yami Bakura is a cool-acting, cool-looking villain (hero to me). He's classy and wily and most appealing.

Deidara is an artistic, cool-looking villain (hero to me). He's hot and sly and most appealing.
