Revan is a fictional character in BioWare's Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic video game. The character may be either male or female, though Revan is canonically male and follows the game's light-side path. He also has his own Old Republic book in which he is a male human, turned Jedi, and turned Sith. The dual sabers with different colors are so badass

Darth Nihilus is a fictional Sith lord who serves as a primary antagonist in the video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II. I have the most epic Nihilus costume for last Halloween! It has the blacked out eyes and everything!
Andeddu is lesser known but he still looks boss. It reminds me of an Egyptian pharaoh. The skull makes him creepier, but he's immortal so that levels it out.
A guy with crazy blue-ish feathers (or something like that) that remind me of fire.

Sheev Palpatine (also known by his Sith identity Darth Sidious and publicly as Senator Palpatine, then Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, and later Emperor Palpatine) is a fictional character and one of the primary antagonists of the Star Wars franchise, mainly portrayed by Ian McDiarmid. Looks awesome, what is awesome is his plain monk-robe and his cunning and fearless face + demeanour. He looks almost casual compared to the others, as if he doesn't even feel the need to look fancy, it's kinda subtle.
