you know a state is corrupt when the FBI has to step in to undo a mere string of decades of corruption… and is on the verge of giving up. from the mailbox incident with the Kealohas, allegations of union lobbying, biased voting, scrutiny everywhere, spider webs deep of other speculations being unearthed by the FBI for the nation to realize the mess, just to be forgotten by bribery and counterattempts to appeal a case by corrupt officials. I'm not even done with the corruption that is imbued in the state, as it even involves the military and the Navy being orchestral in the corrupt schematics and controversies of Hawaii.
