Before it was Switzerland 2010, 2011, 2012. Canada got tied with Japan in 2016, then Japan fell off the tie in 2022. Japan was #1 2010, 2012 (not 2011 because of earthquake) 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, then fell of the first place tie in 2022. Now japan fell to 5th as of 2024. Canada fell off in 2022 too and Switzerland came up on #1. But Canada was #1 in 2017 in my opinions ranking comments. Now the best is Switzerland 2023 and 2024. 2017 was also Canada year. Canada was number one 2013, 2014, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021. Now it falls to the 3rd tied with Hong Kong.
