4 Mexico
Mexico, officially the United Mexican States, is a federal republic located in North America. The country is located between the U.S. and Central America, and is known for its Pacific and Gulf of Mexico beaches and its diverse landscape of mountains, deserts, and jungles. Becoming a country of Mexico is easy. You just need to live in Mexico for five years, then you can apply. Go to the Airport or the Mexican boarder and ask for a FMM tourist Visa which let's you stay in Mexico for a total of six months. Then you can renew it and renew it till the five years are done. The FMM tourist visa is only $21 bucks. Also, Mexico is cheaper than the US. You also need to take a test on Mexican history, culture and the Spanish language.
Should add, Mexico has very stringent financial income requirements even if you just want to be a permanent resident, much less a citizen. You have to prove you have a minimum monthly income of around $2500 USD every month, and also a minimum amount of savings or cash reserve [can't remember the amount, but it's a lot. Mexico is happy to have you as a citizen, as long as you have plenty of money.
Mexico requires people to have a lot of money to become a citizen. Minimum proved income of $2700 American dollars, or $3240 for a married couple, PLUS at least $108,000 deposited in a Mexican bank. Only rich people are wanted there.

Then you can apply for citizenship you also need to take the Russian citizenship test on Russian history and language. Keep in mind a visa to Russia is expensive so you might need to work a lot if you want to be a citizen Russia. It takes like 15 business days to get you're visa accepted or something like that.
