How on earth did England get on this list.. England is a great place to live due in no small part to its democratic society, rule of law, universities, advanced medicine and more BUT it's not a holiday destination. It has an amazing history but that could easily be misconstrued because most of its history is outside ENGLAND, and furthermore 'History' is not a holiday, it's education, research, an enthusiasm... England is not a HOLIDAY destination!
