The US has the best Healthcare in the world? Are you serious? Are you joking or are you plain stupid? Nobody of the US goes to Canada for a surgery because they can't benefit of the Canadian Healthcare for the simple fact that they don't pay a contribution for Canada's Healthcare system and because they don't have the Canadian citizenship. Also, when I read comments like that I can understand why nobody want stupid Americans ( some are ok ) ruling the world.
