Turkey has ordered blocks to the website, which first started on March 6, 2007, due to a case. It was reinstated 3 days, but staggered bans came in 2008, 2010, 2014, 2015, and 2016. Since today you are allowed to see Turkey use YouTube. - Meows22

In February 2008, Pakistan banned YouTube due to the MQM party in the video list. On the 28th, it was unbanned. It happened again in 2010 following Everybody Draw Mohammed Day. It was lifted in May. It kept being banned in 2012, 2013, and 2014. As of 2018, they unbanned it and made its own versions of YouTube (local versions). - Meows22
