The Top Ten
1 Zimbabwe (75.02) Zimbabwe, officially the Republic of Zimbabwe, is a landlocked sovereign state located in southern Africa, between the Zambezi and Limpopo Rivers.

Looking at the top countries, I would rather conclude people just can't drive. Because these countries don't have very populated cities. I might be wrong though. I was just surprised to see these countries on here.
