I don't recall anyone named Celia or any teacher, let alone a teacher for someone name Celia, in "Wreck-It Ralph" so I don't know where the "if it weren't for Celia's teacher" came from. However, because Vanellope is the equivalent of a fourth grader and Ralph is a full-grown adult I'm perfectly fine with them not getting married or becoming romantically involved at all.
That is from "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day" in which Anthony (Alexander's big brother) accidentally brought the high school's trophy case down, forcing Celia's teacher to say "Let's Go, Wreck-It Ralph, principal's office". Possibly a inside joke mentioned by The Jim Henson Company. - shelleyduvallfan10
Dude, Vanellope is, like, ten! She shouldn't have married anyone, and thankfully she didn't.
Uh, no. Vanellope is a little kid and Ralph is an adult.
