Wacky, this list is off; if you mean crazy I.E. Literally crazy, then this list is off; if you mean crazy I.E. Got maad skills, this list is off. There are a few artists who suck big time on here, lil Wayne, David Guetta, Tyga, and Soulja boy suck. And how come Kurt Cobain isn't on here?!?! He was crazy in every definition of the word.
