Top 10 Most Creative Cartoons

Some Cartoons are remembered for their writing and some are remembered for creativity some are remembered for both. I'm not ranking them based on if they're good or not which let's be honest there's been like a billion lists for that. Also like always Anime is EXCLUDED.

1 Rugrats Rugrats Rugrats is an American animated television series created by Arlene Klasky, Gábor Csupó and Paul Germain for Nickelodeon.

Despite the simplistic concept, it has proven to be quite creative with what the "babies" are playing and how it's displayed. Regardless if it's superheroes or whatever the're playing, how the show displayed what they're playing was quite creative.

2 Dexter's Laboratory Dexter's Laboratory Dexter's Laboratory is an American comic science fiction animated television series created by Genndy Tartakovsky for Cartoon Network, and the first of the network's Cartoon Cartoons. The show is about a kid scientist named Dexter that has a sister named Dee Dee that keeps breaking into his lab.

Self explantory at most.

This show was always bursting with creativity.

Another show with a simple concept that still has creativity in it. Especially in the episode "Abstract" which tackles the subject of art pretty well.

7 Chowder Chowder Chowder is an American animated television series created by C.H. Greenblatt for Cartoon Network. The series follows an aspiring young child named Chowder and his day-to-day adventures as an apprentice in Chef Mung Daal's catering company.

I disagree Chowder was uncreative and boring.

8 Hey Arnold! Hey Arnold! Hey Arnold! is an American animated television series created by Craig Bartlett that aired on Nickelodeon from October 7, 1996 to June 8, 2004. The show centers on a fourth grader named Arnold, who lives with his grandparents in an inner-city boarding house.

This show wasn't afraid to try different things and it did pay off.

Unlike it's continuation GO, it does have creativity bursting in several episodes and knows how to keep itself fresh for it's overall audience.

Every episode always had a different type of ghost for Danny to defeat and had all kinds of interesting setups.
