He's not creepy... first of all, he's not young in that picture. Are you implying that old people are automatically ugly? In addition, he's wearing stage makeup. I'm guessing if he's wearing the stage makeup in that fashion, he's SUPPOSED to look creepy. As for the rat on his shoulder, it's only adding to the effect he's going for. Ozzy is anything but creepy. Just Google pictures of "young Ozzy Osbourne." He's a normal person, like you and me. Others, like Marilyn Manson, who are wearing facepaint/Stage makeup, act creepy in real life. However, Ozzy and Alice Cooper aren't creepy whatsoever.
