This show was fairly creepy as a kid. Given the dark humor, surreal imagery and overall tone. I would say it is one of the scariest shows.

Boohbah is a British children's television programme created by Anne Wood. It premiered on 14 April 2003 on ITV in the United Kingdom, followed by its Nick Jr. I don't think its creepy. I think its cute. It's one of the few shows I can watch as a teen without going 'oh I REALLY liked this weirdo crap?' My only complaints is how they have no personality and the creepy click click when they look around.
