Top Ten Death Band Members

The Top Ten
1 Chuck Schuldiner Charles Michael "Chuck" Schuldiner (1967-2001) was an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist, best known as the founder and vocalist, guitarist and bassist of the American heavy metal band Death. He is considered the most influential figure in Death Metal, with some publications referring to Chuck as the "Godfather of Death Metal". Schuldiner died in December 13, 2001 of brain cancer, his death subsequently leading to the disbandment of Death, but has remained influential among many aspiring metal artists. He was also known for his polite and life loving attitude and openly condemned stereotypes of metal musicians being harmful and evil.

It takes no brain process at all to know that he'd be at the top. I completely agree, though. One of the best songwriters ever.

2 Gene Hoglan Eugene "Gene" Victor Hoglan II is an American drummer. He is acclaimed for his creativity in drum arrangements, including use of odd devices for percussion effects and his trademark lengthy double-kick drum rhythms.

Nice to see him at #2, he is great but usually underrated (fortunately - not here).

3 Steve DiGiorgio Steve Di Giorgio is an American musician of Italian descent. Di Giorgio has played bass guitar in many heavy metal and death metal bands.
4 Sean Reinert Sean Reinert was the drummer of Æon Spoke. He was also the drummer and founding member of Cynic, until leaving the band in September 2015.
5 Richard Christy

I've known about Richard long before I even knew who Death was. One of the funniest guys on the Howard Stern show and one helluva drummer

6 Scott Clendenin Scott Clendinin was an American musician who was the bass player in death metal bands Death and Control Denied.
7 Terry Butler
8 Rick Rozz
9 Shannon Hamm
10 Andy LaRocque
