The Top Ten

1 1980s

There will still bad shows in the 1980s, yeah. But what it had was badass! He-man! TMNT! Ghostbusters! Hell yeah! Sure, pretty much all of them are dated, but they still kick ass nevertheless. - DapperPickle

2 1990s

From the 1990 the cartoon Swat Kats comprised the childhood, everything basic English needed to know is from that show. Then went to a foreign not born to nation that is in English. In the 90s a sibling appear as well which is why it is most dear here. Good for second place is neat, it may even be first but it is to be seen. Nice to see it again here. - iliescu

I know this was placed very low on the worst decades list, but I still think the 90s is still a very good decades, bringing in some of the best shows on television such as Ren and Stimpy and Darkwing Duck.I still love the 90s cartoons, despite the huge flaws it has.(I sound like such a 90s kid despite being born in 2003) - DapperPickle

From the decade in cartoon 1990s there is TaleSpin, perfect television to have the breakfast with at least a while until now. Should give the 90s cartoon another view there is something about a few of them incredibly stated as just harmless plain fun. - iliescu

The Simpsons hit the big time during this period.

3 1950s

Tons of good Hanna Barbera cartoons in this decade before the company started to decline in the 60s.I love this decade and Disney was also great, with Cinderella and Peter Pan.Other animated movie company's were doing well too, such as the brilliant Animal Farm. - DapperPickle

4 1930s
5 2010s

Hate me if you want but this was a fun decade - TwilightKitsune

6 2000s
7 1970s
