I was surprised when I saw the lack of lists based on pokemon design considering how people often rave about this topic whenever a new generation comes out.
The Top Ten
I just love everything about how this one looks. The colour palette is really nice and the resemblance to a pitcher plant is cool. - kempokid
The only one of the 3 legendary birds that I really like how it looks. The more simple design works well in maintaining the majesty without looking stupid or generic, which is the problem I have with the other 2 birds. - kempokid
I adore how Scyther looks, it's a nice mix of cool and terrifying. I like its blade hands especially - kempokid
He's really green and green is a great color on creatures - darthvadern
Another case of a pokemon looking awesome but being weak. I find it a shame especially in this case due to how brilliant its design is. - kempokid

It's a real shame that Onix isn't very good, because its design makes him seem very formidable. - kempokid
As said in my comment about Psyduck, it's art to make something look as derpy as it, so what do you call it when it is more so? - kempokid
I think that it's a true art to make something look as derpy as Psyduck. I can't help but love it for this reason - kempokid
10GengarGengar, known in Japan as Gengar, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.
While I find it to be a slight step back compared to Haunter, Gengar still looks absolutely menacing, especially with his wide grin. - kempokid
