Most Disappointing Anime Characters

The Top Ten
1 Kaguya Otsutsuki Kaguya Otsutsuki is a fictional character from the manga and anime franchise Naruto, created by Masashi Kishimoto.

She is such an unnecessary character! I think the Anime should have been ended with Pain as the ultimate villain because he was definitely the best one. Madara was okay but still too overpowered and had a weak motive. Kaguya was definitely the worst one. There is no reason for her to exist. She was supposed to be the ultimate villain and having god-like powers. But she is still defeated so extremely fast and easy, I'm seriously wondering if Kishimoto either ran out of time or ideas so he had to rush everything. The story would have had a great conclusion if she didn't appear. And she is such a boring and bland character.

Why was she even in the Naruto story? It was like a sneak in at the end for no reason. Just a cameo to say hi and bye.

2 Yamcha Yamcha (ヤムチャ, Yamucha) is a Bandit and a main protagonist in the Dragon Ball manga and in the anime Dragon Ball, and later a supporting protagonist in Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super, with a few appearances in Dragon Ball GT. He has black hair and has a scar across his eye and cheek.

Poor Yamcha! I feel so sorry for him. To be hated this much for being weak. I wish Akira Toriyama could develop him more.

To be disappointing I'd have to first expect something of him.

3 Gohan Son Gohan is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball manga series created by Akira Toriyama. Gohan is introduced as the first son of the protagonist Goku, and his wife Chi-Chi, in chapter #196 Kakarrot, first published in Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine on October 24, 1988. Chi-Chi is a strict and protective mother to Gohan, forcing him to focus on his studies and forbidding him from practicing martial arts. However, due to the various threats to the Earth, she reluctantly allows him to fight, with him ultimately becoming one of the strongest characters in the series. Gohan has been well received by both fans and critics, the latter usually citing the character's growth from his initial appearance ...read more.

Gohan is NOT disappointing! He's the strongest nonfused Z fighter by the end of the manga.
