Most Disappointing NFL Teams of 2017-2018Any team that has failed to meet expectations in the 2017-18 season.
The Top Ten
They went 12-4 the previous year and could have went far in the playoffs had Carr not got injured this year they were just complete garbage
The Oakland Raiders are one of the most disappointing teams in the NFL this season to me this is one of the most talented rosters out of all these teams and one of the most disappointing last year the raiders were on fire but now they are 4-5 another thing I noticed is that they seem to lose the easy games this year Derek Carr is also a bit disappointing to me this year the same can be said to all the other superstars on this team something also that I found noticible is that the players that had high expectations this year are not living up to those expectations
Last year we all thought Oakland was back. They were a popular Super Bowl pick and nearly won the division. However this year they are so lifeless in comparison. Kansas City should have no trouble at all
Too much talent not enough leadership
The Giants season has been a total trainwreck. Literally everything that could go wrong for this team has. They lost their entire receiver core and they are still winless.
America's Team is in the same situation as Oakland. The whole team has been relatively quiet this year whereas last year they were a popular super bowl pick. Dak and Zeke have hit the sophomore slump. Dallas needs to figure things out ASAP. Philly is red hot at 5-1 and already cruising with a 2 game lead in the division
I expected Dallas to not be nearly as great as they were last year especially with both Dak and Zeke going into their second year. - htoutlaws2012
With a relatively tough schedule ahead Dallas better turn the ship around or risk missing the playoffs - Randomator
Yes New England is so far been a disappointment. They are 3-2 and instead of dominating the division as usual they are right in the middle of it. I'm saying that Tom Brady underperforming due to super bowl hangover,Madden curse, and playing at 40 years old is playing a major factor.
They may go back to the playoffs, but with that defense not being anywhere near as good as it was last year their not going back to the super bowl madden curse strikes forevermore. - htoutlaws2012
The New England Patriots were ok but I think they wont make the playoffs next season due to offseason.
Maybe moving to LA wasn't the best move for the Chargers. Nobody in LA cares about them. People in San Diego aren't driving to LA to go and the team is just 1-4 which is typical and disappointing
To be honest though I expected this team to suck even in a tough division with Raiders, Broncos, and Chiefs the Chargers are lost in that shuffle, and could wait a few numerous years to eventually contend ever again. - htoutlaws2012
Los Angeles clearly doesn't want the Chargers, judging by how empty the stadium during their home games is. Now that they moved from San Diego, everyone hates the Chargers.
And to put the icing on the cake, they are 1-4, while the Rams have a decent 3-2 record.
Obviously yes. This team has been so disappointing since 1999 and it's honestly become depressing to say the least. I want to see Cleveland be good again. - Randomator
They should be higher but I put them here because every year they are bad so it's expected
They have been a disappointment since 99 there is nothing to be said there a cursed franchise with a lotta unfortunate luck gone the other way history repeat itself overtime. How many year swill it take for this team to ever be a winning organization because Lions look to be getting closer then the Browns ever will as much as I hate to say it Lions have a semi alright quarterback, Browns future is all unknown were not quite hang around too long, and a coach who should get fired at the end of the season whose projected to be 2-30 for go sakes. - htoutlaws2012
they suck - awesomedp900
Arizona has been lifeless this year. They have no running game and Larry Fitzgerald is the only decent player they have.
This team screams desperate. And it showed when they traded for AP. It's sad to see this team completely fall apart after being competitive 2 years ago. Fitzgerald needs to get off this sinking ship NOW! - Randomator
I'm just shocked that Pittsburgh is struggling in a division they usually dominate. Big Ben has not looked good. The Steelers have been a total mess
As the Dolphins don't win the game that isn't a good game this year I'm going to end up being so mad because I thought they would be still 12 and 4 this year and now it looks like they may not in this is really sad because as a dolphins fan you want to win because in Florida you have nothing to do but watch football and I tell you what football is called in here it is really weird football began and his reason why football is what it is today because of Florida so you want for the Dolphins to win but they don't win and sad very sad because they are America's Team
Over the past 3 years this team has had bad luck - Randomator
Not too surprised but it's disappointing to say the least at how quickly they fell apart after Jim Harbaugh left for Michigan.
Everyone thought they would win the division but they have disappointed so far. They have all the pieces. I'm not counting them out yet but they have some work to do
They are very stupid. Go Jets! The Jets are 3-3.
7-9 season. It really sucked, but we had high moments with Hundley. - PackFan2005
With Aaron Rodgers going down for potentially the rest of the season Green Bay might be in trouble. I think we all had high expectations but the Packers are in trouble if the O line and defense don't patch the holes
They good sehawks suck and the 49 loosers
The Texans could have been good if not for so many injuries. Next year they should be good
Kansas City never fails to fall in the playoffs at home
To be fair nobody expected anything from the Colts
They were actually good in the regular season but of course they follow up the Minneapolis miracle with a Minnesota massacre at the hands of the Eagles. Like Kansas City they never fail to fall in the playoffs
