Just because Mickey's more famous doesn't mean he's a better character, Donald is undoubtedly the most unique character, his voice, temper, personality, he deserves #1 more than anyone else. There is a reason he's made more film appearences, Co-hosted the 1958 Oscars, had Dick Van Dyke head his 50th birthday television special, and starred in the war cartoons (winning him an Acedemy Award).
