1 The Duke of Weselton (Frozen)

The Duke of Weselton is my favorite character in Frozen. He was such a goofy villain and was so enjoyably corny. Plus the scene where he told his sidekicks to get rid of Elsa was so menacing.

He literally did nothing! Why is he number one?

2 Lord Dominator (Wander Over Yonder)

The main reason why I watched Wander Over Yonder is because of her. She's 1 of the greatest female villains of all time and I love her song.

3 Toffee (Star vs. the Forces of Evil)

I'm not a big fan of the show, but Toffee is quite threatening and charming.

4 Preston Northwest (Gravity Falls)

Not a fan of the show, but he was really entertaining.

5 Rodney (Phineas and Ferb)

6 Lord Hater (Wander Over Yonder)

7 Turbo (Wreck It Ralph)

I actually liked this "surprise" villain. The movie never makes it TOO obvious, and his motivations are decent
