He is the main antagonist of Gravity Falls, although he doesn't play a central role in the series until season 2. Bill Cipher is both funny, and dark at the same time, the writers did a great job balancing both elements.

He was such a cool and creative villain. He proved to be quite the foe for Darkwing Duck on their first encounter. He was nearly unstoppable. It's just too bad they had to reduce him to being silly and somewhat useless by making him join the Fearsome Five because he could have been a really good villain by himself.
