The Top Ten
1 GoGo Tomago

She just seems like it, most females are now Disney Princesses, she isn't a princess. This stuff can actually happen. I personally picture her as a tom-boy.

2 Merida Princess Merida is a fictional character from Pixar's first ever Disney Princess film, Brave. She is a talented archer who wishes that she were not destined to become the Elegant Queen of Dun Broch. She is forced into a marriage betrothal by her mother, with whom she has a very negative relationship. Merida is known as the first Disney Princess to be against the typical standards set for Princesses.
3 Mulan Fa Mulan, a character inspired by an actual historic figure is a character who appears in Walt Disney Pictures' 36th animated feature film Mulan, as well as its sequel Mulan II.
4 Judy Hopps Officer Judy Hopps is the protagonist in Disney's 2016 animated feature film Zootopia. The first rabbit to be in Zootopia's police force, Judy is determined to make the world a better place while breaking preconceptions about other species. Teaming up with a fox named Nick Wilde, she sets off on her first case but discovers a sinister conspiracy is at play.

I don't know if I'd consider Judy to be a tomboy (seeing as she still willing to take time to compliment someone's dress in the middle of a scuffle), but she's still a tough, charismatic bunny cop regardless.

I think she's a mix of a tomboy and a girly girl. She likes action, sports, and does not mind wearing for masculine clothing but she also likes cute things, wears some girly clothing, and is very emotional.

Her voice actor said that she isn't a tomboy and is quite feminine, but still tough.

5 Jessie

Jessie is awesome. She is one of my favorite disney characters.

Woody's partner in crime

6 Vanellope Von Schweets
7 Maddie Rooney
8 Kim Possible Kimberly Ann "Kim" Possible is a fictional character who appears in the animated television series Kim Possible, voiced by American actress Christy Carlson Romano.
9 K.C. Cooper - K.C. Undercover
10 Anna Princess Anna of Arendelle is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Animation Studios' 53rd animated film Frozen.

Being daring and courageous doesn't make you a tomboy. Anna is neither tomboyish nor is she girly. She is sweet and romantic but also clumsy and a bit of a gonk. I love this girl and she isn't a tomboy.

The Contenders
11 Helen Parr

A powerful woman does not equal being a tomboy..

12 Fuli Fuli is the tritagonist of the 2016 Disney Junior The Lion King spin-off series "The Lion Guard". She is a young cheetah who is one of Kion's friends and serves as the fastest member of the Lion Guard and is the only and first female to join. She is voiced by Diamond White. She has been described as "tough", "no-nonsense", and "smart".

Fuli is my favorite! She is so cool. I like her because she better than any cheetahs. She was hands not Drity girl. She is so much motor tuff than butter cup or Amy rose ( sonic x) I love her!

13 Dot (A Bug's Life)
14 Maggie Pesky
15 Riley Andersen Riley Andersen is a major character from the 2015 Disney/Pixar animated film "Inside Out". She is an 11 (later 12) year old girl in the 6th grade who loves hockey. She was originally from Minnesota who then moved to San Francisco, California, where she then experiences various changes in her life. She is guided by her five emotions (Joy, Sadness, Anger, Disgust, and Fear) who reside inside her mind and helps her through this tough time. The inside of her mind is the major focus of the movie.

I think she is somewhat of a tomboy because she loves playing hockey which is a traditionally male-dominated sport and most of her attire consists of casual shirts, pants, and sneakers. She was only shown wearing a dress in her toddler years. But when she is 12 she discovers some feminine interests that she enjoys such as reading tragic vampire romance novels and taking a liking to fashion.

She is sorta a tomboy
