She just seems like it, most females are now Disney Princesses, she isn't a princess. This stuff can actually happen. I personally picture her as a tom-boy.
Princess Merida is a fictional character from Pixar's first ever Disney Princess film, Brave. She is a talented archer who wishes that she were not destined to become the Elegant Queen of Dun Broch. 4 Judy Hopps
Officer Judy Hopps is the protagonist in Disney's 2016 animated feature film Zootopia. The first rabbit to be in Zootopia's police force, Judy is determined to make the world a better place while breaking preconceptions about other species. Teaming up with a fox named Nick Wilde, she sets off on her first case but discovers a sinister conspiracy is at play.
I don't know if I'd consider Judy to be a tomboy (seeing as she still willing to take time to compliment someone's dress in the middle of a scuffle), but she's still a tough, charismatic bunny cop regardless.
I think she's a mix of a tomboy and a girly girl. She likes action, sports, and does not mind wearing for masculine clothing but she also likes cute things, wears some girly clothing, and is very emotional.
Not a tomboy. Taking a job that usually recruiting men does not make her a tomboy.
Her voice actor said that she isn't a tomboy and is quite feminine, but still tough.
Jessie is awesome. She is one of my favorite disney characters.

9 K.C. Cooper - K.C. Undercover
Princess Anna of Arendelle is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Animation Studios' 53rd animated film Frozen.
Being daring and courageous doesn't make you a tomboy. Anna is neither tomboyish nor is she girly. She is sweet and romantic but also clumsy and a bit of a gonk. I love this girl and she isn't a tomboy.
11 Helen Parr
Fuli is the tritagonist of the 2016 Disney Junior The Lion King spin-off series "The Lion Guard". She is a young cheetah who is one of Kion's friends and serves as the fastest member of the Lion Guard and is the only and first female to join. She is voiced by Diamond White. I hate her. She is a tomboy, unlike many of these characters, but she's a damsel in distress. She is rude, brash, and doesn't respect others. She gets better, though, and becomes more neutral on my list.
She and the show she comes from are just horrible. Why are Lion Guard/King characters doing on this list, other than the fact they're Disney? I hope no one ships Fuli with Sonic the Hedgehog or else I will be so upset. (Sonic belongs with either Amy or Blaze in my opinion)
Fuli is my favorite! She is so cool. I like her because she better than any cheetahs. She was hands not Drity girl. She is so much motor tuff than butter cup or Amy rose ( sonic x) I love her!
This character is very disrespectful and not a very polite heroine. This one doesn;t make any sense. A tomboyish cheetah? Bull!

I think she is somewhat of a tomboy because she loves playing hockey which is a traditionally male-dominated sport and most of her attire consists of casual shirts, pants, and sneakers. She was only shown wearing a dress in her toddler years. But when she is 12 she discovers some feminine interests that she enjoys such as reading tragic vampire romance novels and taking a liking to fashion.
Tomboy? She was kinda girly in my opinion
She is sorta a tomboy
She's not a tomboy

She helped him fight Janja and his clan and the guard against the Outsiders. She is voiced by Maia Mitchell. She has been described as "friendly", "spunky", and "idealistic".
Oh come on not this again! Strength ≠ masculinity and no one can get this through their thick heads. Jasiri isn't tomboy or girly girl, Fuli is probably a tomboy, and Vitani is definitely a tomboy.
