Top 10 Dragon Ball Z Characters That People Either Love or Hate

The Top Ten
1 Android 17 Android 17 is an anime fictional character from the anime series, Dragon Ball Z, created by Akira Toriyama.

This is the lame emo kid on the program who shows up to eat screen time in place of previously awesome instances of real villains and antagonists.

Stupid kid and lame. What was his point other than going against Gero and getting absorbed? The future version was more effective for plot but still sucked and got creamed by Future Trunks with ease.

He sucks and was a wimpy stupid character who didn't even get a death scene, stupid and pathetic childish idiocy of driving a car around and playing cowboy, what a waste of airtime.

I hate this loser, crappy Emo kid who betrays the intelligent mastermind and scientist.

2 Cell Cell is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball series by Akira Toriyama. He is the main antagonist of the Android Saga, being an android/artificial life form from the future, whose goal is to become "perfect" via absorbing Androids 17 and 18 and becoming the strongest fighter in the universe.

Cell is the worst villain. He did close to nothing in the series run aside from pose a threat for the Earth and was pretty much an amalgamation of characters and powers preceding him. He introduced nothing new and he didn't even get wasted in a memorable way. Instead, we had to suffer for episodes-long just to see Gohan win in a beam struggle. That really sucked. Whenever other villains or antagonists were killed, it was not only memorable, it was executed in an awesome way.

Cell is the worst. His first form was okay as he was seen absorbing numerous innocents and his second form was somewhat acceptable due to getting pummeled by Vegeta, but his perfect form was the most lame and boring. He was just another lame Shao Kahn or Algol style brick wall character who does a lot of talking and even goes as far as to make his own "Cell Games" tournament, which is clearly a waste of episodes and could have been avoided if he had just been killed sooner instead of dragging on and having a pointless death.

Cell was the most boring of all the villains if he is even considered a villain. He was more a competitor who had everyone's genetics and attempted to use their attacks which was really redundant and lame. Seeing so much air time and hogging the screen was his only real accomplishment. The Cell Games was the most boring moment of all the sagas.

Cell is just a dumb stepping stone for Gohan. He was just used to propel Gohan's character and show how much stronger Gohan became when pushed too far. Aside from this, he did absolutely nothing villainous or sinister and sucked on the display of evil, for that matter. He was a poor antagonist for the purposes of the series as a whole.

3 Broly Broly is the main antagonist in the Broly Triple Threat trilogy and Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie. He appears to be the latest of the Legendary Super Saiyans who appear every thousand years. His father was Paragus.

If the list is actually, "Top 10 Dragon Ball Z Characters That People Either Love or Hate"
Then of course Broly should be #1

A waste of air time, all she does is complain and annoy others; just being related to Goku doesn't make her a good character; she's just a whiny little brat!
