Top 10 Best Dreamworks Animated Villains

We're all aware of the classic Disney villains and how awesome they are. Then I thought, what about the DreamWorks animated villains because I think there are a ton of great villains to come out of DreamWorks. So here is my tribute to those amazing DreamWorks baddies.
The Top Ten
1 Lord Shen - Kung Fu Panda 2

I just Love his Design with White with red. In finnish dub his voise is the best, cruel, cunning and at the same time powerfull. His English voice is also Amazing and suits the character well.

Lord shen was a l
Perfect character, acting as half of the Ying-Yang with Po being the other half. He wanted to untite all of China and he almost did, that shows how good he is as a character but Tai lung it 100% better

Shen is one of the most complex movie villains ever, his relationship with the Soothsayer is amazing, his rivalry with Po felt genuine, his fighting style is fluid and visually satisfying, his voice is awesome, he has a sympathetic backstory, he's one of the only villains who are funny as well as intimidating(Ultron done right), he's also literally animal Hitler.

2 Rameses - The Prince of Egypt

Some of the villains are pretty evil here, but I personally think Ramesses is the best villain, because of how sympathetic he is. It just didn't feel right for Moses to abandon his brother for a god he met like one time at the end of the movie.

He is my favorite villain of all time.

3 Fairy Godmother - Shrek 2

She's my favorite DreamWorks villain of all time! I love her voice and her quotes!
She should be in the top 3.

How is she not #1? She's the best example of a twist villain and her performance of "I Need a Hero" is legendary.

I like how she has a blend of humorous and villainous character and she undeniably has a great voice.

4 Tai Lung - Kung Fu Panda

How is he not higher than Lord Shen? There's a scene of Tai Lung fighting off guards and escaping from a prison meant just for him.

Best villain of all time. He wasn't a coward like Shen was. He actually fought his own battles. He didn't use machinery to kill opponents either. Tai Lung defeated the whole furious five with easy and nearly killed Shifu without a scratch. He knows the secrets of Kung fu unlike Shen and is the most hardcore villain of all dream works time

I don't have to explain, he's simply the best out of all in this list. From personality to skills, I personally liked him the most. Plus, he's an independent fighter, unlike Shen who relied on weapons and Kai who stole Kais of other masters and fighters just to make himself stronger.

5 Lord Farquaad - Shrek Lord Farquaad is the main antagonist of the 2001 animated feature film, Shrek, as well as Shrek 4D. He is voiced by John Lithgow.

Literally animated Hitler.

Even the small height jokes resemble what everyone did with tyrants back in the old days.
Lord Shen is a frightened child with mental problems, Farquaad is truly evil, if maybe a bit uncapable and kind of a weakling.

Do you think maybe he's compensating for something?

Why is he only #13?
He should be in the top 3

6 Chantel Dubois - Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted

The most feral villain out of the 10, who knew a normal human could be this insane?!

She made me become a misanthrope and lose my faith in humanity.

She is very mean to other people and animals.

7 Mrs. Tweedy - Chicken Run

Mrs. tweedy got defeated from mr tweedy from closing the door on her

8 Pitch Black - Rise of the Guardians

He has shown to be very manipulative, luring Jack Frost away from the rest of the Guardians so his Nightmares could destroy the Easter Eggs and was able to trick an enraged Jack into finding sympathy for him. However, if he couldn't persuade someone, Pitch resorted to blackmail; for example, he threatened to murder Baby Tooth if Frost didn't yield his staff.

When it came to Jack, Pitch took a sinister, twisted and ruthless approach towards him. Initially, Pitch saw him as nothing more than a "neutral party" and ignored him; however, when Jack overpowered the Boogeyman using his ice powers Pitch was impressed and began to relate to him, although it is possible he saw him as nothing more than a personal gain than an actual friend. After Jack refused his partnership, he broke his magical staff and left him for dead.

Pitch played extremely sadistic mind games with Jack Frost throughout the film, when he had lured him to his lair he cruelly taunted him over his forgotten memories and mocked him over the Guardians never accepting him as a member.

He was insulting, as example was when he told the Easter Bunny to suck an egg and threatening to snuff the Tooth Fairy's helpers with a pillow. He was so depraved and evil he was perfectly fine murdering Baby Tooth and Jamie to fulfill his goals.

9 Eris - Sinbad: Legend of the 7 Seas

How can Eris not even be in the list when she is the most awesome Dreamworks villain ever? I guess it's because few people have seen this movie. Eris deserves to be in the top 10 with ease. She is clever, interesting and a GOD! The goddes of discord and chaos. She is so great she deserves another movie all of her own, or cameo's in many other dreamwork movies.

DreamWorks' Maleficent.

If Maleficent is usually regarded as the best Disney villain, why wouldn't Eris be considered the top dog here? She has caused the most harm across history, is the most evil and chaotic, has power that goes beyond anyone here...

10 Grimmel the Grisly - How to Train Your Dragon

I know everyone goes to Viggo or Drago but damn you don't know wanna mess with this guy. He's very intelligent and genocidal poacher who wants to seperate dragons and humans which works in the ending. He's literally a Hiccup from the past

Dark hiccup, Grimmel as evil as Drago, whom if by one second delay would have done the same thing Drago did, kill off a main charecter. Both outmatch Shen and Kai easily, two other villains whom I actually like, just like how the HTTYD franchise out matches the KFP franchise

The Contenders
11 General Mandible - Antz

I think me dibble was mean because they did not let them meet princess Bala

12 Rumpelstiltskin - Shrek Forever After Rumpelstiltskin is a fictional character in the Shrek franchise who serves as the primary antagonist of Shrek Forever After.

Yet again another very huge threat villain from underrated sequel. He maybe small and ugly but he knows what you're wished and tries to get an opportunity to trick you alive

13 Stoick - How to Train your Dragon

Technically, Stoick is not a villain, but he still is kick-butt and awesome!

I know everything about dragons but I've never seen anyone like stoick. he's amasing

14 Titan - Megamind

Titan is basically Syndrome level in terms of kills! Definitely #1!

He is the Dreamworks version of Syndrome!

More like, under new management.

15 Gallaxhar - Monsters vs Aliens

He have the highest body count out of any DreamWorks villain! She destroy en entire plannet for having the quantonium. I also love his spaceship and his computer

He's the funniest villain ever!

16 The Toad - Flushed Away

He was voiced by Ian mckellen, not to be confused with uncle Ian from Alvin and the chipmunks as he was brilliantly portrayed by mr cross. (Oh who are we kidding, they sound nothing alike! )

The Toad was just perfect. He's one of the tallest exposed characters in Flushed Away. Why does Flushed Away not even have a sequel yet?!

17 Megamind - Megamind

Ah yes. One of the most entertaining characters of all time.

Sneakiest villain of the list, I suppose he has a big head for a reason

18 Kai - Kung Fu Panda 3

He has a great character design with creative blade weapons that make for some absolutely stunning actions scenes. Voiced to perfection by the legendary JK Simmons, Kai is an absolute thrill of a villain to watch, despite his generic motivation and backstory. Also, his theme SLAPS.

He is basically if Dreamworks made Thanos from the MCU animated and Evil Cow. Because they both collect items to get Power.

Kai bets up Tai Lung and collected his chi. As evil as Shen but not as evil as Grimmel and Drago.

19 Drago Bludvist - How to Train Your Dragon

A villain as menacing as Drago Bludvist was is definitely worthy of the top 10 DreamWorks animated villains! I mean, he's menacing (as I said before), and not easily defeated! If anyone can kill off somebody like Stoick, then that's saying a lot, already! Yep, Drago is definitely up there somewhere!

Both Drago and Grimmel should be in top as both ar pure evil while Shen is honorable, which pulls him away from being that.

Ruthless enough to kill main characters in the series and tame an alpha dragon. This guy is a true killer and he makes this movie a little edgy

20 Death - Puss in Boots

I know everyone is saying he's not a villain but you must take a point view in Puss' character. He's the manifestation fear from a person who scared of Death himself and wants to kill Puss in many ways because he saw somebody just wasting many lives as a punishment. Imagine if you saw him infront of you we always thought we are the bad guy but no Death basically is
like a demon

Hands down the best dreamworks villain! The way they portrayed him is great, and puss, the "fearless hero" was scared of him! He is the best

21 Professor Poopypants - Captain Underpants

He was defeated by getting shrunk and riding a bee away and then got put in jail?

Funniest villain in the studio ever!

22 Viggo Grimborn - Dragons: Race to the Edge

He is a very underrated villain in a criminally underrated DreamWorks show. Much like Thrawn from Star Wars Rebels, he is always one step ahead of the protagonist and relentless in his goals to where he is willing to take any risk to get the results he wants. I would have never guessed that he is voiced by Doctor Octopus because his vocal performance is exceptional. Overall, he is a genius villain with layers in his character that always makes you try to speculate his next unpredictably brilliant move.

23 "Big" Jack Horner - Puss in Boots

"Well, you know what they say. Can't bake a pie without losing a dozen men."

This guy is just unapologetically evil in a delightful, hysterical way. I love this guy.

Decent villain I do like his psychotic nature and his jokes with Ethical bug

24 The Verminator - Over the Hedge

He is a very dangerous villain. He tries to euthzanize Hammy, Verne, Penny, Lou and the baby porcupines in a truck. In the end of the movie, he is defeated when Nuggent the dog bites his leg.

25 Tzekel-Kan - The Road to El Dorado

He is one of my least favorite villain of all Dreamworks.
