For a team to be "dying," they have to have once been alive. The Browns were a top team in the 40s and 50s, but once Otto Graham left, it became hell. I'm voting for this because the Jags were never really "alive." - AlGalaxy

The browns have not been to a playoff game in a long time (and I mean 1999).the browns haven't been on the top at the standings sense like 1950's and the 60's.and one thing they are TRASH.
