Top Ten Easiest Disney Movies To Watch

Disney movies are meant to be easy watches, there usually isn't too much action and they give a lot of characters development instead of having them make stupid action movie quips everywhere. These movies are meant to be endearing, charming, humorous and sometimes beautiful.

These movies in particular are so easy to watch that after the movie finishes you're convinced only 10 minutes passed. They keep your attention for the whole movie and have you mesmerised in the plot and characters.

So, without further adieu, here are the Top Ten Easiest Disney Movies To Watch.
The Top Ten
1 Winnie the Pooh

Winnie the Pooh has always been extremely charming and this film doesn't stray away from that concept at all. The plot isn't all that exciting, but the characters, humor and the overall safe, innocent feel of the movie make it just such a nice movie to watch. These characters are classic figures in Disney history, and they deserve that, every animal has their moment and all of their personalities shine. This movie is just the epitome of a family movie - charming, fun, slightly humorous, innocent and almost completely devoid of action or violence...it takes you into this whole new world where everybody is accepted and loved. I anticipate that Christopher Robin will stick with these things that make the Winnie the Pooh franchise so special.

Like what DapperPickle said This movie has such a calm and charming atmosphere. While The plot itself isn’t too interesting all the characters humor and personality makes up for it. This franchise just takes you to a place that is so innocent and has virtually no violence or intensity

I don't know if this is the one I remember, but if it is, then it's definitely a masterpiece

This movie is only 68 minutes! I'm surprised it wasn't a direct-to-video movie!

2 Cinderella (1950)

Cinderella is such an iconic tale and I believe that she is a true Disney princess, her story is very simplified to be the ultimate princess story. Cinderella is being treated cruelly by her step mother and sisters, but after she hears of the ball, a magical entity comes and grants her access there, meeting a lovely prince who is determined to find out who she is after she loses her glass slipper. It's a generally relaxing movie - minus a few scenes. Overall Cinderella is just a classic and it's very easy to understand and follow, it goes by very fast so you own't be bored by it either.

The scene where Cinderella desperately stares as her dress is getting torn up just gives me an anxiety attack. No thanks.

What does easy mean? You mean "The most harmless" or "the easiest to find and search"?

I should have read the information before comment.

3 Bambi

Ah yes, Bambi. Bambi is just so innocent and pure, you are nearly mesmerised in the beautiful animation and gorgeous scenery of the forest. You'll lose yourself in the animation and the simplistic story trods along and there is also a very tear jerking scene in which Bambi's mother is killed, which should also keep your attention going as you hope she isn't dead...but then it's confirmed. This is a very easy watch and it's overall just so wholesome.

Take your kids and snuggle up as we watch and enjoy quotes like "Your mother is gone forever." Antidepressants are an option too!

4 Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

This is more or less the same case with Cinderella - it's the simplicity that makes it so entertaining and easy. It being the very first Disney movie also gives it some extra points as you'll be invested in the story the whole way through as it's the first Disney movie, any Disney fan must see it.

This Movie was animated by Walt Disney in 1937 or 38

5 Aladdin

Aladdin is Aladdin, that's all there is to it. It's funny, charming, the plot is very well done, the songs are all great and the characters are mostly likeable except a little parrot I will not mention the name of. Robin Williams as Genie is probably the star of the show here, and the whole movie flies by so fast you won't even realise. I find it so easy to sit through.

6 Alice in Wonderland (2010)
7 101 Dalmatians (1961)

101 Dalmations is cute. You can easily sit through it without becoming bored or tiresome. It's just an all round fun movie with cute dogs and nice songs which is just a charming flick to sit through.

Yeah this one is pretty cute. The movie is literally about a family of 101 Dalmatians so of course it’s going to be charming

8 Alice Through the Looking Glass
9 The Lion King

The Lion King is probably the most recognised Disney movie to date. Of course, there is a reason for this - It's a darn good movie, the songs, characters and Hamlet inspired plot are very entertaining and it's just an easy watch.

This entire movie goes by so quickly.

10 Mary Poppins

Mary Poppins, yet another entertaining classic. It's easy to sit through because of the catchy songs, good characters and it's just so innocent and bouncy you can't really just turn it off partway through, it's a great movie after all but I won't go too in depth, I've talked about this before.

This movie is a awesome movie, and I love it!

The Contenders
11 Big Hero 6
12 Jungle 2 Jungle
13 Robin Hood (1973)

It's a very underappreciated movie, it's just very calm and scenic and it goes at just the right pace to be very watchable. I like it.

14 Frozen
15 Tarzan
16 Mr. Magoo
17 The Great Mouse Detective
18 Sky High

Just like The Lion King, this whole movie feels as though it ends as soon as it begins even though it's at least 100 minutes long.

19 Freaky Friday (2003)
20 The Aristocats
21 The Parent Trap (1998)
22 The Fox and the Hound

The Fox and the Hound is an easy sit through, half the movie is just some cute animals playing around, it gets more intense later but it still is very entertaining and a charming tale of friendship between hunter and prey.

23 Star Wars: The Force Awakens

The only film in the entire sequel trilogy that could legitimately be considered easy to watch.

24 The Little Mermaid
25 The Jungle Book
