I am not talking about ripoffs. I just always associate Edguy with Iron Maiden - the main reason is that Tobias Sammet voice reminds me of Bruce Dickinson very much. There are also other similarities between these two bands - both bands play fast and melodic songs. Of course, there are differences, too.
