I agree with EliHbk - Hetfield level of "emotional" is fine for me. I definitely like emotional singers but not too "watery" or too "whiny" emotional because it already sounds kinda cheesy to me.
I think Hetfield's most emotional vocal performance is Until It Sleeps.
Pretty emotional, not as much as others, but I like that.
Somewhat emotonal but not as emotional as other metal singers.
