Very democratic, Helsinki ranked as a honest city and 2nd most livable (1 is Vienna, Austria), Famous for having saunas, a Santa Claus workshop right on the Article Circle, and escaping the dangers of Russia. Pretty nice country, has a lot of slack from the rest of the UK, the people in Scotland are very nice, and deserve a lot more credit than they get, don't know why they seem to be hated so much, since apparently it's the 3rd worst place in Europe according to another list on this site. When I visited the locals were very nice, and you defiantly visit again!
