I don't believe that you need to think about it. Beautiful beaches, fantastic weather, good people, unbelievable food and many other things. Everyone must visit Greece in summer at least once. My favourite islands are Mykonos, Santorini, Kos and Crete. JUST DO IT!

Warm, usually sunny weather in summer. Last year it got 30*C in July. On the first day. Also lots of beaches. The UK attracts 30 million people to visit per year. I'm from the UK and the highest temperature recorded in the entire country was 38.5*C but somewhere in Surrey could have beat that record and reach 42*C.

The UK is nice to visit in the summer time, as there is quite a bit to see and do, although I wouldn't go towards the end of the year, when the weather is generally foul, cold & rainy, being from Seattle, I'm used to rain, but I don't like the rain there, & Scottish weather in particular.

Portugal better than Greece, Italy... Because we have access to an Ocean, a real one, the Atlantic Ocean and our famous food and our friendliest people, a pleasant temperature (not too hot), sumptuous landscape, welcoming and typical villages, should be higher so.

I like this country and all. But saying that it's better than italy and greece is rude and disrespectful because no country is perfect and it will never be.
