Johan Liebert is a character in the anime and manga series Monster, created by Naoki Urasawa. He is the twin brother of the main character, Dr. Kenzo Tenma, and serves as the primary antagonist. Johan is a highly intelligent, manipulative individual with a mysterious past, capable of bending people to his will. His enigmatic, malevolent nature has earned him the nickname "the Monster," as he orchestrates a series of grim events throughout the narrative. He makes Adolf Hitler look like Dora the Explorer. He won't even blink when it comes to killing someone, he could care less.
He turned evil when he was still a kid. He is such an enigma, a mystery I won't want to solve. A realistic villain. Truly frightening.

He has been running amok in Gravity Falls, Oregon since being summoned by Stanford Pines over thirty years ago. He is known for his mysterious demeanor and sadistic humor. He is the main antagonist of Gravity Falls, although he doesn't play a central role in the series until season 2. OK, this dude is the definition of messed-up. He's a multi-dimensional reality-warper who takes great pleasure in bringing pure madness to all he comes across. If you're thinking "oh, please! Bill's a Disney villain. How deranged could he possibly be? " Well, let me list a few of his insane deeds: manipulating numerous people from several planets & realities with false promises & possessing their bodies, turning a whole town into an apocalyptic wasteland of his design in about two minutes, attempting to randomly murder one of two twelve-year-olds, & swapping around all the orifices on somebody's face who had been offering to help him! This "isosceles monster," as Mabel put it, is definitely one of the most evil villains in the history of fictional media!

Whether you are a fan or hater of this series, I think everyone can agree that they all hated this despicable villain. Not only did he trap 300 remaining SAO players to use them in an unethical experiment, but he kidnapped Asuna and molested her to the point of her being on the verge of tears. He is a sadist and a pervert especially for licking Asuna right in front of Kirito. Thank god Kirito was able to kill this guy in the game and have him crying for mercy IRL. Anyways, Sugou has got to be on the level of Shou Tucker for being despicably evil.
Worst anime character I have ever seen in my life. The only characters I hate just as much as him are Makoto and Shou Tucker.
