The Top Ten
1 Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty) Maleficent is the main antagonist of Disney's 1959 animated feature film Sleeping Beauty. An evil fairy, Maleficent is an incarnation of pure evil, and is responsible for all misfortune in King Stefan's kingdom.
2 Ursula (Little Mermaid) Ursula is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Pictures' 28th animated feature film The Little Mermaid.

One of the few movies where I actually root for the villain

3 Shan Yu (Mulan) Shan Yu is the main antagonist of Disney's 1998 animated feature film, Mulan. He is the evil leader of the Hun Army.

He killed little babies and destroyed a whole village and killed an inocent girl!

This guy SO deserves to be above Ursula!

4 The Evil Queen (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)

She sent her servant to kill Snow White and then bring her heart back in a box. She even poisoned Snow White by tricking her to eat an apple after discovering that she had not been killed. She's the evilest for me.

5 Shadow Man (Princess and the Frog)
6 Lady Tremaine (Cinderella)
7 Mother Gothel (Tangled) Mother Gothel is the main antagonist of Disney's 2010 animated feature film, Tangled. She is a wicked crone who retained youth for hundreds of years through the healing properties of a magic, golden flower.

9 Governor Radcliffe (Pocahontas)

The Contenders
11 Tamatoa (Moana)
12 King Candy/Turbo (Wreck It Ralph) King Candy (real name Turbo) is the main antagonist of Disney's 2012 animated feature film, Wreck-It Ralph. He was the self-proclaimed ruler of Sugar Rush, a kart-racing video game set in a candy-themed kingdom. Originating from TurboTime, Turbo was once the most beloved character in the arcade, until his popularity was superseded by newer games. Mad with jealousy, Turbo sought to reclaim the spotlight by “game-jumping” into other games and taking them over, coining the term “going Turbo”. He eventually seized control of Sugar Rush by reprogramming the world in his image and instilling himself as sovereign, under the guise of a kindly king.

He is my favorite on the Disney Princess Villain Database!
