Top 10 Extreme Metal Bands with the Most Technicality

A simple and loose definition of "technical": very fast + complex + hard to play.

Examples of "technicality" (signs, indicators of technicality):
1) guitars - sweep picking solos, 7-8 string guitars, and more strings (sweep picking solos are the hardest solos to play).
2) bass - fretless bass, 6-7-string (fretless) bass (playing fretless bass is harder than the standard fretted one. Also, a 7-string fretless bass takes a lot of skills. Moreover, when tempos are over 220 BMP.
3) drums - playing at over 220 beats per minute (BPM) most of the time, hitting 250-300 BPM in some song sections.
