A fart duel between Peter and Michael Moore was so funny back when Family Guy was still funny.

While Jay and Silent Bob create a diversion by freeing the animals the girls who are actually jewel thieves attempt to steal the diamonds in the building right by there they mange to sneak past the lights and avoid making too much noise and preventing the alarm from going off, the last girl manages to make it across then lets out a fart causing the alarms to go off.

Gwen spikes Richard's drink with a laxative because he kept cheating on her and gives him the drink, which he takes. His exam has him spending the time there with no bathroom breaks and the laxative kicks in, causing him extreme discomfort with lots of loud fart sounds in the room, so he rushes the test answering down the line, then quickly runs, only for other professors to congratulate him. Unable to hold it anymore he defecates into a trash can.

In my opinion the absolute nastiest possible outcome, having to go badly in an area with others (by the way he was in the middle seat, so everyone could tell it is him farting).

While most fart jokes tend to be juvenile and unfunny, this scene was hilarious. It was also pretty satisfying because he deserved it.

It was so unexpected which is why it was so funny.
