The restaurant is only in a few states so you might not know of it. But I always order my sandwich plain (I hate most sauces and condiments), and most of the time they completely ignore that and put the sauce on it anyway. Which is quite annoying as I then have to get all the sauce off the sandwich, and they don't always give a napkin either. But their food is good...especially their shakes. - Element119
