He's very fast you can't even see him, when blueno used soru which is also so fast that can't be seen, luffy hit him with one punch, after that blueno couldn't even see him anymore until he got completely demolished. Common he should at least be in the top 3
Pre-timeskip Gear Second always took a toll on Luffy after his Gear 2nd was over. After the timeskip, he can do it at ease. You can't see his punches at all, just his enemies flying back.
