The Top Ten

An acrobatic, flying heroine from Nightopia, a place where all dreams take place. Her design was inspired by Cirque du Soleil.

2 Selvaria Bles (Valkyria Chronicles)

The War Witch of the Imperial Army.

3 Jet the Hawk (Sonic Riders) Jet the Hawk is a character from SEGA's Sonic the Hedgehog series. Jet is very arrogant, prideful, and always seeks riches and fortunes. While also the Babylon Rogues' leader, Jet rarely takes his responsibilities seriously, though he knows how to assert his authority.
4 Ecco (Ecco the Dolphin)
5 Sam Gideon (Vanquish)
6 Amigo (Samba de Amigo)
7 Sonic The Hedgehog (Sonic Series) Sonic the Hedgehog, trademarked Sonic The Hedgehog, is the title character and protagonist of the Sonic the Hedgehog series released by SEGA, as well as numerous spin-off comics, five animated shows, and an animated OVA.

The mascot of Sega. This one should be no surprise.

8 Joker (Persona 5)

Made his famous appearance in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and is played by the best professional Smash competitor in the world.

9 AiAi (Super Monkey Ball)
10 Dr. Ivo Robotnik (Sonic Series) Doctor Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik is a fictional video game character and the main antagonist of the Sonic the Hedgehog series, created by Sega.
The Contenders
11 Chao (Sonic Series)
12 Vectorman (Vectorman)

13 Bayonetta (Bayonetta Series) Bayonetta, real name Cereza, is a fictional character and protagonist of the video game Bayonetta and its sequel, developed by PlatinumGames and published by Sega and Nintendo respectively.

She technically counts so...

14 Vyse (Skies of Arcadia) Vyse is the main protagonist in the video game series "Skies of Arcadia." He is a charismatic and adventurous young air pirate who sails the skies in his ship, the Delphinus. Vyse is known for his sense of justice, loyalty to his friends, and determination to explore uncharted territories in a world of floating islands and airships. His character embodies the spirit of exploration and heroism.

Playable hero from the critically acclaimed game Skies of Aracdia, set in a world with air pirates and floating islands.

A playable protagonist from Trauma Team. A gifted surgeon.

16 Max Taylor (Dinosaur King)
17 Dragon (Panzer Dragoon)
18 Alex Kidd (Alex Kidd Series) Alex Kidd is a video game character whose popularity peaked during the late 1980s and who was the protagonist of both a series of video games released by Sega and their fictional universe, as well as in numerous spin-off merchandise such as novelizations and comics.
19 Beat (Jet Set Radio)
20 Puyo (Puyo Puyo)

They're cute, so I thought it would be worth including them.

21 Ristar (Ristar the Shooting Star) Ristar is the titular character of the video game "Ristar." He is a star-shaped hero with stretchable arms, enabling him to interact with the environment and defeat enemies. Ristar's platforming abilities and colorful design make him a unique and charming figure in the game, offering players a distinct gameplay experience.
22 Ryo Hazuki (Shenmue)
23 Kazuma Kiryu (Yakuza)

Surprised he isn't on the list, despite his franchise being one of Sega's more critically consistent ones. Kiryu is a better character than Sonic in my opinion, in addition to having an interesting story arc and having more personality than being a badass (which he is).

Not hating on Sonic by the way.

24 Joe Musashi (Shinobi)
25 Hibana (Shinobi Series)
