The best state to go to the beaches, and theme parks within the same state. The beaches of Western Florida are soft and sandy and so beautiful. Florida is a peninsula surrounded by beaches with sunrises AND sunsets. Can you get both sunrises AND sunsets anywhere else?

Has it all from a long and differing seacoast to beautiful hills and incredibly dangerous and beautiful Sierras. Add the valleys where wine is grown and you've have something for everyone. Like Disneyland it cannot be seen in a brief time limit.

I recently visited Houston, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Dallas and I can say Texas is definitely the best state to vacation in. It's beautiful and the people there are very friendly. I feel Texas is something to really be proud of.

Get this off of here. Maine is a horrible place to vacation. Once you eat an overpriced lobster roll there ain't much of nothing else going on here. It's mostly a dead-zone for cellular and internet service.
People are angry and unfriendly.

I love the NJ shore. It's fun, there's a lot of boardwalks with rides and arcades. Ocean City NJ is one of my favorites. I also like Atlantic City, Seaside Heights, and Wildwood.
