There's a lot of great stuff on this list. As for me, "Sunshine of Your Love" is my personal favorite (it has one of the coolest riffs out there).
Played at the end of my favourite episode "Ninth Grade Man", as Kevin and Winnie are happily together...but with Madeline prowling in the background.
