Jackie is humble, vibrant, fun, the girl next door and the Queen of the Continent at the same time. Oh yes and her talent is and has always been a part of her that she has worked very hard to perfect and make her voice as absolutely the best can be. She is very much a down to Earth person and easy going, yet she has a drive in her that will change the world and already has... one happy customer at a time. And shes pretty too! She not putting us or herself on with fancy this and that but her smile could stop all bad and sad things in the World.

Even at a young age, she has the most beautiful singing voice in the world.

The only realistic battle for the top spot is between Madonna and Barbra Streisand. For record sales, Madonna has sold more Internationally, but Streisand has sold more in the USA, and this is after all a list of American artists.
The tiebreaker is in their movie and stage careers; Streisand had an amazing movie career, while Madonna's was horrible. As for Broadway, Streisand is the GOAT, and Madonna's Broadway turns should not even be mentioned.
