Someday might reach that, but only if she ever gets the required drive and determination to do so that seems to have been sorely lacking so far.
And nobody deserves to get recognition, that is something which should take effort to achieve, just getting by on being talented is seldom enough.
Jackie has been singing professionally for 7+ years, released 7 albums and 3 concert DVDs, performed for presidents and royal families, made a movie with Robert Redford, and sung duets with Andrea Bocelli, Sarah Brightman, Tony Bennett and Peter Hollens. And she did all this between the ages of 10 and 17. She is now writing her own songs and working on finishing high school. She deserves a bigger following in America and abroad.
Jackie Evancho is an amazing singer with the voice of an angel. Jackie is one of those people who is not just an amazing singer and artist, she is an even more amazing human being. Love radiates out from her very core. She has earned the respect, admiration and love of millions. She deserves to be so much bigger than she is.
If singers were judged for the beauty of their singing, Jackie would be Number 1 in the charts. Alas, current culture prefers stage effects, computer voice enhancement and wardrobe malfunctions as a measure of greatness.
Amira Willighagen is a Dutch soprano singer who won the sixth season of Holland's Got Talent in 2013 at the age of 9.
