Top Ten Fictional Characters Voiced by Children
More often than not in animation, fictional children and characters of an early prepubescent age are voiced by female adult voice actresses. But on these somewhat rare occasions where the characters are actually voiced by young actors and actresses of a similar age, we get these Top Ten Fictional Characters Voiced by Children. (See what I did there?) Feel free to add any characters I may have missed.
The energetic, super-speedy son of Bob Parr/Mr. Incredible in the 2004 animated Pixar film The Incredibles. Voiced by 11 year-old Spencer Fox in the original film and similarly aged Huck Milner in the 2018 sequel.

Along with practically every single character in the series besides Snoopy and Woodstock, he was voiced by young children pretty much every time he appeared in animation.

Voiced by 2 year-old at the time daughter of storyboard artist Rob Gibbs. The most notable behind the scenes fact of her recording is that Mary Gibbs at the time was unable to sit still in the recording booth, so they followed her around the studio with a microphone to record her lines.

At least when he was younger, was voiced by Jonathan Taylor Thomas who was around 13 at the time.

The main playable protagonist of the long running Disney/Square Enix video game series Kingdom Hearts. Voiced by 14 year-old at the time Haley Joel Osment, and continues to voice him as they both get older. Even as an adult, his older voice surprisingly still matches his character perfectly.

Voiced by Logan Grove, Jacob Hopkins, Nicolas Cantu, and Duke Cutler, who were all around his age at the time.

A 12 year-old young vocaloid released in 2011. Voiced by a 13 year-old at the time British boy.

First voiced by Sean Ryan Fox in the pilot before being replaced by Grant Palmer for most of season 1 and replaced by Colin Dean for the rest of season 1 up until season 3 where he's replaced by Tex Hammond taking over for the rest of season 3 and half way through four whose mother is Grey Delisle Griffin who voices Lola and Lana Loud and finally Hammond was replaced by Asher Bishop as the current voice of Lincoln Loud.
Voiced by 14 year-old at the time Grant Palmer, and later by Collin Dean, (among a few others...)

Voiced by Jeremy Shada who was 13 at the time he began to voice him.

Voiced by John Morris who would reprise his voice of Andy in the sequel and was brought back for the Toy Story 3 11 years after Toy Story 2.

Voiced by Dickie Jones who was 11 years old when he voiced Pinocchio as Disney rejected the idea of Pinocchio being voiced by an adult and insisted that the character be voiced by a real child.

Voiced by Madeleine Peters who was around 14 at the time of her casting.

Voiced by Noah Cyrus younger sister of Miley Cyrus who was 8 when she voiced Ponyo in the English Dub.

Voiced by Jeremy Suarez.
