Madara will swat Itachi like a fly. It's no contest.

The battle between the Senju brothers would be epic. Both are extremely powerful and possess a variety of powerful abilities. Hashirama has Wood Style and he has proven to be more powerful than Madara and Tobirama was able to slaughter the 20 S-Rank Cloud Ninja only to be killed by Ginkaku and Kinkaku because he was already injured when he fought them. If Tobirama wasn't injured he would've killed all of the 20 S-Rank Cloud Ninja, Ginkaku, and Kinkaku. Tobirama is also faster than Hashirama and he possesses several jutsu that he can use against Hashirama. All in all, the battle between Hashirama and Tobirama would be an intense and extraordinary fight.

We've already seen a battle between Hashirama and Madara. But a Madara vs Tobirama fight would've been awesome if it had happened. Both Madara and Tobirama are highly intelligent and very powerful shinobi; plus their power levels are just close to each other. Tobirama is known for being very quick and he grew up battling Uchiha so he has knowledge on Madara's abilities which would make Tobirama a difficult opponent for Madara. Tobirama also invented several jutsu that he can use against Madara. Of course, Madara would also be difficult for Tobirama but a battle between them would be as legendary as the battle between Hashirama and Madara.

Madara may be more powerful than Tobirama but Tobirama is certainly powerful and intelligent enough to give Madara a difficult time and force him to be serious. Tobirama can counter most of Madara's abilities since Tobirama fought Uchiha throughout his youth so therefore Tobirama has knowledge in Madara's powers. Not to mention Tobirama is faster than Madara so Tobirama can defeat Madara if Madara is not careful.

The battle between the two Uchiha brothers. Madara and Izuna are considered to be equally powerful. They used to hone their skills together to make themselves more powerful. The real battle between two brothers of near equal power would have been impressive if they indeed fought.

Hashirama and Madara had fought several times which Hashirama winning every single time. Considering Izuna was considered Madara's equal, it would've been epic to see Hashirama and Izuna battle. Although Hashirama is more powerful than Izuna, battling Izuna would be identical to battling Madara so their battle would also be intense.
