The only reason people like his movies as much as they do is probably to look cool and trendy. This is due to how trendy it has become to like postmodern twists on old exploitation movies, regardless of their actual quality, and Tarantino is a major player in such circumstances. I'm certain that people wouldn't warm as much to Kill Bill, Death Proof, Inglorious Basterds, Django Unchained and The Hateful Eight if he wasn't the 'auteur' behind the camera.

Actually people like his movies because there entertaining. And he makes movies because he loves them so much. His movies bring a unique style to the screen and it’s just so entertaining. So I disagree with this choice and list.

Quentin Tarantino doesn’t care about being cool, he just loves movies, and makes them in his own style. He makes them Campy on purpose. So I have no idea why he is on here.

Where's Kubrick? Ah, okay.. Tarantino it is.
