The tale of how Sauron came back to life in the form of a ring and was brought away from Mount Doom over Middle Earth and hidden in a hobbit hole. Sounds slightly like the hidden story in The Hobbit, but it's not the same.
And how Aragorn and Arwen split up and are unthroned. She retreats to Rivendell, he becomes a Ranger and wanders the wilds.
Given that it's a true story, it would be incredibly difficult to put in reverse, but why not? It would keep your attention fixed to the screen as much as the original.
Personally, I don't like the idea of having McFly's role in this film. But this would definitely be interesting to see. You can't argue.

About a guy who took toys from a little girl and they went to a landfill and escaped to a daycare that heals toys. Than Andy mysteriously picks them back up.

Buzz is just jealous of Woody's closeness to Andy. Thus, Woody decides that enough is enough, and he must send Buzz packing and gets him kicked out of the home, and his friends make amends with him.
