Top 10 Best Five Nights at Freddy's Songs

The Top Ten
1 Survive the Night - Mandopony

I always liked to imagine this song from the perspective of Toy Bonnie. It starts off with the friendly, "Hey there! How you doing? Nice to meet you!" that you would expect from the more child-proof, family-friendly plastic animatronics. But even though they want to be your "friends," ultimately the song deals with the reality that they (along with the withered models) were tampered with and/or are possessed by the restless child spirits. Hence, "But sometimes to do some good you've got to be the bad guy!"

In a nutshell, the lyrics, vocals, and composition are awesome, and this is definitely one of Mandopony's best works!

2 Five Nights at Freddy's - The Living Tombstone

Number one songs always come in first place, so the original one will always bring back memories and nostalgia from my childhood.

Not only is it a banger, but nothing in it also violates the lore in any way particularly. Sure, the "since 1987" can be argued to be untrue to lore because the five kids in FNAF 1 probably died around 1985, but this isn't confirmed in any way, and this song was made weeks after the game released, so I shouldn't be complaining.

I absolutely love this song! When I was younger and I wasn't interested in FNaF nor was I interested in its lore, I still found and LOVED this song! It's such a smart way to see the perspective of the children who were killed!

3 Just Gold - Mandopony

"Some bots are just distractions, some bots are just gold." Man, I really love this song. From since I was a child to now, it always made me feel like I was about to start my villain debut and be the bad guy of a show, or something, just by listening to the lyrics and following the instrumental of the song.

This is, like, my second favorite song, right after DAGames' Not Here All Night. All of these songs tell stories, and that's why they are amazing. They tell stories and are sung by wonderful singers. Shall I go on? Really, they are just amazing pieces of fanwork that I hope their creators are proud of.

4 It's Been So Long - The Living Tombstone

No matter how wrong the "Marionette is Golden Freddy's mom" theory is, this is probably my favorite song of all time. It's one of those songs with a peppy tune, but heartbreaking lyrics.

The song is about a woman (the singer) who lost her son to the Missing Children Incident and killed herself. In the theory, she winds up haunting the Marionette and giving life to her dead son and the other four children. The other kids become Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy, and her son becomes Golden Freddy.

They got everything right, except the Marionette is most likely possessed by a little boy, and if "his" laugh in the first game is anything to go by, Golden Freddy was a little girl in life.

5 Follow Me - Tryhardninja

I love this song! It's not number one worthy, but I love the lyrics. If it were longer, I would have liked it better. Still love it, though! Another nitpick is that it goes unbearably slow, but many FNaF songs do that, so...

If I had to pick only 3 FNaF songs by TryHardNinja to listen to for a whole year, this would be one of them. I just love how well thought up it is and how it's about events in the 8-bit mini-games and not the actual game as not many are.

Follow me. See a nightmare in action. I love this song so much because of the story behind it, and there are more theories of the secret box at the end of FNaF 4.

6 Mangled

I honestly love this one, even though the lyrics don't change much. I love the acoustic version. Also, this is not "The Mangle Song", it's "Mangled", a song made by NateWantsToBattle. Back to the lyrics, it really only has like one unique… I don't know, I'm not smart about music, but it goes, "Step one, check lights. And empty out the halls. Did you, hear that? There's banging in the halls. Enjoy your, new job, cause it may be your last. You're finally at 6 AM, we'll see you tomorrow" (I wrote this part off of memory). Nonetheless, it's an amazing song.

7 Die in a Fire - The Living Tombstone

Same thing for "Die in a Fire" as in "It's Been So Long". The woman puts so much effort and feeling energy into her voice as she wants to be heard.

"I really hate you, stop getting in my way. I've lost my patience. When are you gonna decay? I want to throw you out, just like my broken TV. If you come back once more, it shall be painful, you see." It's such a cool song.

I love the vocals and the beat. Catchy and awesome. Can I point out it's in Purple Guy's point of view? And the last part is awesome as you can see Springtrap and Purple Guy being chased by the spirits.

8 The Show Must Go On - Mandopony

This song, to me, seems to be from T. Bonnie's point of view. To me, it seems that they are lonely and want someone to share their pain or just to have another friend. I also don't think it's fair for T. Bonnie to have more songs than most of the other animatronics. But the song is great!

Now the show must go on. I can't talk about it around my sister because she just doesn't get that there is a FNAF version. Still, a really creative song and, while not Mandopony's best, I still enjoy listening to it.

I love the part where it mentions the previous song "Survive The Night."

9 Join Us for a Bite - J.T. Machinima

"Can't wait to meet you! So join the animatronic family! We open real soon! Try your best to hold onto sanity! Come get to know me! And you won't want to leave after tonight! Down here below me! We would love you to join us for a bite!" This song rocks!

This needs to be legit in the top 5. No doubt about it. It was the very same song I listened to when the trailer came out for Sister Location. Really well made, catchy, has a good beat, and sums up Sister Location all too well.

Oh hell yes! Baby's voice is so good, and while the lyrics don't match up with lore like "Left Behind", some are still really good. My favorite lyric:

"You might look at me and think you're going crazy.
I lost it long ago, you're not alone, baby!"

10 It's Me

It's Me is a bit of a new one for me. And while right now the other songs I've written reviews on are my more preferred songs to listen to, this one is still really good, and I feel it might make my number one spot one day.

This is a great song. Watch the Minecraft one. The fight scene is epic! Here are some of the lyrics: We tried to get rid of you, but you seem to have beginners luck. It's talking about Afton when he is Springtrap.

This song is a classic! The first time I heard it, it was kind of annoyingly catchy, but I still liked it. It's one of my favorites to this day!

The Contenders
11 The Bonnie Song

This is one of the first FNaF songs I had ever listened to, and I have listened to many other songs now, but to this day, The Bonnie Song is my favorite. I have even memorized the lyrics I like it so much.

Definitely one of the best FNAF songs of all time. It perfectly matches Bonnie's personality. I mean, the lyrics, "Hello, my friend! Back so soon again?" is so fitting for whenever that crazed robotic rabbit stares straight into the camera with those blank eyes.

And that guitar solo, man!

Bonnie's one of the best characters from the series, and this song dedicated to him is beyond good! Well done, Groundbreaking!

12 Afton Family

"I was lost and was afraid. I believed all of their lies. I believed that I was safe and that I would never die. Now I'm all alone, I've been hiding in the dark. I just want to go home, but my deeds sent me too far... All stay strong, we live eternally. All is well, the Afton family. Lives that fell to pure insanity. All is hell, the Afton family!" I love this song so much I listen to it every day.

Chris Afton had passed away due to the bite of '83. In 1983, his dad and all other guys lifted him to get his head bitten, then Fredbear bit his head. After that, medics tried to save him, and he died due to the bite of '83. This is what happens when a 9-year-old passes away.

13 Stay Calm - Griffinilla

This song is a breath of fresh air in a fandom of songs sung from the animatronics' point of view. We always hear the anger and want of justice, but the security guard is dealing with the fact they might die. That along with its staggering music. Detached, worried vocals, and funny jokes to lighten the tone, while all keeping an incredibly suave and cool feel, make for an incredibly well-balanced song.

This is, by far, one of the best FNaF songs there is. The singing is great, accompanied by the lyrics and melody. I also think it's a great song to represent the FNaF series.

14 Balloons

This song is the greatest FNAF song yet. It's beautiful and positively sad, and the lyrics fit perfectly. The theme of freedom really works for this song, as it's about the part in the story where the kids' souls, now released from the animatronics' bodies, are now free, further adding to the greatness of Balloons. And it really fits with that part in the lore. All of these reasons are why I give Balloons a rating of ∞/10 for FNAF songs.

This is a gorgeous song! Even if you do not like Five Nights at Freddy's, it is beautiful to listen to. Such a bittersweet ending... and MandoPony's voice is so fitting too... This definitely deserves to be among the top ten FNaF songs.

15 Welcome to Freddy's

I love the part where Foxy, Freddy, and Chica are featured. Also, presumably Bonnie, but the last time I watched the video, I don't know if I saw that he had a voice actor in the video.

Madame Macabre and Mr. Creepypasta's collaboration in this song is nothing short of awesome! Anyone else think that Madame Macabre would make the perfect voice for Chica in the upcoming FNAF movie?

It has a nice beat to it, especially when "Chica" says don't waste your power.

16 Five Nights at Freddy's 2 - Sayonara Maxwell

Bonnie will tear you apart. Dolls opening their mouths. Foxy baring his sharp teeth. Freddy will make it hard to breathe. CHICA's roaring with laughter.

Oh. The song that makes its way into every animation. I like the chorus, but everything else just sounds so bad.

This song honestly got a lot of hate, but I don't know why! It's one of the best songs.

17 Break My Mind

This song perfectly sets the mood for FNAF 4, and the vocals flawlessly fit the Nightmare Animatronics' aggressive nature. The melody is catchy, and the mood intensifies as the song progresses, before slowing briefly to hear the crying child's solo. For a few sad moments, you can almost feel yourself empathizing with the small child before the music picks up again. "Break My Mind" finally finishes with Nightmare Fredbear's deafening roar. What a phenomenal song!

Possibly my second favorite song, next to I'm the Purple Guy. The sheer malice and anger in his voice are almost terrifying. Good on you, DAGames!

18 I Got No Time - The Living Tombstone

I'm glad someone finally did a song from the perspective of the child. The song itself isn't special, but it's not bad whatsoever. Still a great listen.

This is my absolute favorite song, and it has been since before I really knew much about FNaF! Shame the CG5 remix is more popular than the original.

I love how this song tells the story of how the Crying Child used to fight his nightmare every night!

19 It's Time to Die - Dagames

This song is so catchy, in my opinion! The lyrics go well, the quality, everything. Including at the start when Springtrap is twitching and Bonnie looked at the camera! Look out the window. Bonnie is there. AHHH! Bonnie stuff me into the suit. Well, that concludes this. If anyone makes a song along/lyric chain, start here.
30 years since all this happened.
30 years it took to rise.

Just a full-on evil song that sounds you can make any villain be who they are just by the instrumental.

This song just seems to make me want to listen to it more and more.

20 Labyrinth - Cg5

Connection terminated. I'm sorry to interrupt you, Elizabeth, if you still even remember that name, but I'm afraid you've been misinformed. You are not here to receive a gift, nor have you been called here by the individual you assume. Although, you have indeed been called. You have all been called here into a labyrinth of sounds and smells, misdirection, and misfortune. A labyrinth with no exit, a maze with no prize. You don't even realize that you're trapped. Your lust for blood has driven you in endless circles, chasing the cries of children in some unseen chamber, always seeming so near, yet somehow out of reach. But you will never find them. None of you will. This is where your story ends.

21 Five Nights at Freddy's 4 - We Won't Bite

"We Don't Bite" is one of the best songs JT Music did in their stint so far. "Went to Fazbear's. It was the worst day". Really good rapping skills.

Of course, you're going to bite. If you weren't going to bite, there would be no point in a game.

Ha-ha! Yeah right. This is one of my favorite FNaF songs. It's called We Don't Bite.

22 Five Nights Only

Five Nights Only was one of the best FNAF rap songs that seem awesome to me. I love it!

Five nights, Five nights only. Five nights, Five nights only. Five Nights at Freddy's!

23 I'm the Purple Guy

Oh my GOD! I love this song (Both Versions). Plus, Purple Guy is my favorite FNAF character, Springtrap is my favorite animatronic. I just love the story (by the way, you play as him in Sister Location).

Well, this song is one of my favorite songs. I still like it! and I also like Die in a Fire and It's Time To Die. I actually like all the Springtrap songs because Springtrap is my favorite character. And Purple Guy? Not so much. He is not really my favorite character.

It really talks about how the Purple Guy got into this mess of his.

24 Noticed

This is one of my favorite MandoPony songs! It's funny that Foxy is the most "noticed" character in the fanbase.

This song is most definitely in Foxy's point of view. And MandoPony did a great job putting emotion in this song.

These songs are really cool, emotional, and beautiful in my opinion. These songs are great!

25 Freddy Fazbear's Theme

If you run out of power... You better be ready for Freddy.

I don't know if this really counts as an actual song, but it is pretty catchy.
