Best folk rock singers. I have made this list based on singing performances.

1 Art Garfunkel Arthur Ira "Art" Garfunkel is an American singer, poet and actor. He partnered in his earlier years with Paul Simon in the folk rock duo Simon & Garfunkel.

I didn't add Bob Dylan. Because he's a good song-writer. But his singing isn't really good.

I'm glad that Art is at number one. He is definitely the best singer on the list.

Art Garfunkel is NOT any type of rock singer.

I wasn't expecting Nick to be here since I rarely see anyone talk about him. Been recently digging into his songs.
