My football dream team (current)

All my favourite players in every position! Here is my dream team based on the past year or 2. Formation 3-4-3. Based on all seasons since 2013 and world cup.

1. Goalkeeper: Manuel Neuer (FC Bayern/Germany)
Best in the world, no doubt. Although the premier league gives us some great keepers (De Gea, Courtois, Cech etc.), but none really stand out as much as the bundesliga legend that is Neuer. He can save against players like Messi, and practically any shot. His reflexes and diving are out of this world and he also leads his team to victory wherever he goes (bundesliga and world cup).

Defenders:
2. Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid/Spain)
A challenge for any attacker: get past this man. He is like a steel wall, no one can get past him. He can clear the ball very well and has the best tackling skills in the world. Also a world cup winner
3. Thiago Silva (PSG/Brazil)
Arguably the best defender in any league, in the world. Although I personally prefer Sergio Ramos, it is very clear how much he had achieved with PSG. And he also helped Brazil to get in the top 3 at the world cup. Lets not talk about what happened at "that" game against Germany...
4. Jérôme Boateng (FC Bayern/Germany)
Another footballer who has achieved a lot in his career with FC Bayern and Germany. I mean, he is 6 foot 4 for gods sake...

Midfielders:
5. RM: Arjen Robben (FC Bayern/Netherlands)
Even more players from FC Bayern! Wow. But I couldn't think of another right midfielder who even comes close to this guys skill.
6. CM: Andres Iniesta (Barca/Spain)
Yet another world cup winner! Also, what a career this guy has had with Barca...
7. CM: Paul Pogba (Juventus/France)
A 22 year old hopeful in serie A. He coud end up going all the way. he has scored some mental goals and won many awards.
8. LM: Eden Hazard (Chelsea/Belgium)
I know what you are going to say, "he is rubbish now! he shouldn't be here!". Please keep in mind I am basing this off the past 3 seasons, not just this one. This guy, at his peak, has insane pace, speed and dribbling. Won the league and has scored many goals for a left midfielder.

Attackers:
9. RW: Leonel Messi (Barca/Argentina)
Where do I start with the one and only Leonel Messi... How about his HUNDREDS OF RECORDS HE BROKE, 500 BARCA GOALS, 70 IN A SEASON, 80 IN ECL AND THE FACT HE CAN DRIBBLE PAST ENTIRE TEAMS!!! Although not great internationally (only 49 goals), he is the greatest player of this generation and century. Legend.
10. ST: Zlatan Ibrahimovic (PSG/Sweden)
"Zlatan doesn't do auditions", "I think the best coach is... uh... myself.", "Am I overrated? No. You know I am good.", "Zlatan Ibrahimovic? Wow." All quotes from the cockiest man ever, Zlatan Ibrahimovic. But he gets away with it, because he is so very great. He is the ultimate KING of insane goals; back heels higher than the keepers head, dribbling past entire teams and 30 metre BICYCLE KICKS. Also lead scorer for club (over 100) and country (62, more than Messi or Cristiano).
11. LW: Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid/Portugal)
Amazing player. 500 goals in career, 55 international (more than Messi), over 80 ECL goals (more than ANYONE), but I still prefer Messi, as he is more interesting and entertaining. However, this guy is a goal scoring machine. Legend for Man United, legend for real Madrid and legend for Portugal.

Why are you playing wingers when you have three at the top? And Robben is awful too.

You actually picked Ibra over Suarez, Neymar, Benzema, Bale, Agüero, and Lewandowski? Is you high?

This team isn't actually meant to work well, rather just a collection of my favourite players over the past few years. if I were to actually make a football team, I would have 4 at the back. and where as neuer is overrated, he is still the best. - visitor (3/7/2016)

This is not people that are best in my dream team, but I like. I would like 4-2-4.
Attackers, ST Suarez, LW Neymar, RW Morata, CF Messi. Midfielders, Rakitic and Iniesta. Defending I'll pick LB Jordi Alba, Middle Pique and Mascherano and RB Ivanovic. Goalkeeper I favour Buffon and ter Stegen because I think Neuer is rubbish, but only in my opinion - Spino (3/9/2016)
