Top 10 Free Kick Takers of 2013

The Top Ten
1 Cristiano Ronaldo Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro (born 5 February 1985) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a forward for Serie A club Juventus and captains the Portugal national team.

C.Ronaldo is the best in the world. Messi is nothing against him. I m a die hard Ronaldo fan. And my worst enemy in this whole planet is messi. He is useless. He can only score goals but that also because barca has good playmaker. Ronaldo goes alone. He is a one man army. Even a 5 yr kid can play better than messi.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the all time best free kick taker after David Beckham. He might be missing free kicks recently.. But he will be back to his great form of taking free kicks. And I don't think there is anyone as good as CR7 in Free Kicks from La Liga

I totally agree with you he is one of the best player in the world, and has the potential of scoring goals he is not like Messi to be honest but he can compared to messi. Complete player. Goal machine!

World's Best free kicker... He can shot the most curve... And he is a complete player... Messi is an incomplete player because he can't use his head (this was said by Pele. ) Ronaldo is way more better than Messi...

2 Lionel Messi Lionel Andrés "Leo" Messi (born 24 June 1987) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a forward for Spanish club Barcelona. He is also known as one of the greatest football players of all time. He was born in Rosario, Argentina on June 24th, 1987.

Messi is way better than Ronaldo at free kicks. Messi deserves number 1 in this ranking list. Ronaldo is all show but Messi is actually good at taking free kicks. Anyone else agree with me that Messi is better than Ronaldo and he should be number 1?

I think messi should b no1, I mean check his freekick scoring ratio-way better than ronaldo's...ronaldo went like 35 freekicks without scoring a single 1 messi score in almost every freekick he takes, if he doesn't score he hit the post or forces a great and almost impossible save from the keeper.for me messi is the best

He is the best free kick taker. He just gets goals with passion, but sometimes he misses. Everybody makes mistakes. Unlike C. Ronaldo, Messi has talent in shooting free kicks and he wills to score as much as he could.

He's has had a lot less free kicks than Ronaldo this season and still has scored more free kick goals than Ronaldo he deserves to be number 1

3 Andrea Pirlo

Pirlo is better than Ronaldo and Messi but not better then David beck ham so you better change this because it is wrong go in YouTube and watch prilos free kicks he is better than Ronaldo and messi. Get your facts right

Undoubtedly he is the best with the stationary ball
He has got the best free kick and had he got the pace like Messi and Ronaldo then even he would had been the best player in the world
He is the master of free kicks

He is the best with a great technique. He is a Juventus player and I am a MILAN fan but still love him

Are you kidding andrea pirlo 7th. he is the best free kick taker in the world

He is the first English player to win league titles in four countries: England, Spain, the United States and France. Best free kicks ever

He is just a Tank

5 Gareth Bale Gareth Frank Bale is a retired Welsh professional footballer who played as a winger for English club Tottenham Hotspur and the Wales national team.

Bale is the best free kick taker in the world after Ronaldo (CR7). The way he curls his shots, keepers end up diving the wrong way.
He almost always scores from free kicks and has the world's best Knuckleball Shooting Ability.
In short, Bale = Rank 2

If it was a poll conducted now, he would win going away. Keepers are diving the wrong way or not diving at all right now. I'll bet he has the highest free kick to goal ratio.

In My opinion, Gareth Bale is one of the best free kick taker, he should at least be rank 5...

He has pure shots and almost all of them ends up in the back of the net like its nothing

6 Luis Suarez Luis Alberto Suárez Díaz (born 24 January 1987) is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays for Spanish club Atletico Madrid and the Uruguay national team as a striker.

6 free kicks scored form 17 attempts. More than Messi, more than Ronaldo. Not even in top 10. Kidding?

Whenever he is going to take a free kick, you just can't say it cannot be in.

Suarez suarez suarez is better free kicks than Ronaldo

He is the best free kick taker in the world

Is you go to statistics, you will now why this man is the best. But of course people are really fans of Ronaldo or Messi and think they are the best, even going to the bathroom...

Best free kick taker of the past two years in my opinion, and he is not just pure show like Cristiano Ronaldo. Arango is currently me personal favorite!

11 Wayne Rooney Wayne Mark Rooney is an English professional footballer who plays for and captains both Manchester United and the England national team.

I think that he can be the world best free kick taker because of his power and accuracy he aims where he wants to and the ball goes right there. It is delightful to watch him take free kicks

Look at the precision with which he kicks the ball.
They're not speedy or curvy like the ones by Ronaldo and becks respectively.
But he gets the ball where it needs to be, in the goal

People can say what they want but Rooneys the best...is curving is perfect..too

He is best than c Ronaldo and worst messi

42 yard Free kick beat that Ronaldo. Wats Cristiano doing at the top he's nothing compared to Pirlo and Ronaldinho. And what about Roberto Carlos Free kick the guy bent it and dispneyed the laws of Physics it think it should be 1Ronaldinho 2 Pirlo 3 Beckham and from there you can argue but those three deserve the top spots

He can score from anyplace and against any team he is unstopable n his my role model and he has respect

Ronaldiinho anytime... He simply keeps his free kick quality simple and effective..

He is a perfect free kick taker. His accuracy is a class if he was young then he could easily compete Ronaldo and come to number 1 position

Gerrard has been amazing through the last 10-13 years, people say he's tenth but I personally think he's 3

The best that you can find, still he is starting to get old but still he deserves to be number 1

Gerry you r the best. Whatever people say but there is no one who can take free kicks like you
